VFit Gym and founder Matt Viegel came to Full Court Social with a strong in-person brand and loyal community, but an underutilized social presence that wasn’t fully reflecting the value of their training, app, or client results. 


It was clear there was an opportunity to tighten content strategy, improve discoverability, and position VFit as the go-to educational fitness platform. While they were already mixing reels and carousels well, there were gaps in captions, headlines, collaborations, educational content, and consistency that were limiting growth. Full Court Social built a clear strategy focused on consistent posting, engagement growth, follower acquisition, and app conversions. By combining client-driven workout content, educational tips, testimonials, trends, and intentional CTAs, the goal became not just growth, but authority: creating content that builds trust, sparks FOMO, and converts motivated viewers into app users and gym members.
