The Kentucky Castle partnered with Full Court Social, through Bolt Marketing, to elevate and refine their social media presence. While the brand was already posting consistently and had a healthy diversity of content, there was a clear gap between the quality of their social presence and the caliber of their property and guest experience. Visually, their content did not fully reflect the sophistication, luxury, and prestige that The Kentucky Castle is known for. Additionally, their social channels lacked a clear point of connection with their audience and a defined brand personality, which made their presence feel less cohesive and impactful than it could be.
